Our attorneys, Jose R. Gallegos and Kaveh Newmen, are the children of immigrants. We grew up watching our families navigate the complexities of life in America—the hopes, the fears, the sacrifices. We founded Not Guilty Law Group because we saw a gap in the legal system: too many families were being hurt because their criminal defense attorney didn’t understand immigration law, and their immigration attorney didn’t understand criminal defense. Cases were being mishandled, pleas were being entered without considering deportation consequences, and families were being torn apart.
We built our firm to bridge that gap.
